1Who qualifies as a professional seller
A professional seller is any person or entity that offers goods or services as part of their trade, business, or profession. Subscribing to TRUZH Pro does not automatically make you a professional seller in the legal sense - the test is the nature and volume of your activity. If you sell regularly, hold inventory, or derive meaningful income from TRUZH, you are likely operating a business regardless of subscription tier.
2Business-user protections (contractual, not EU P2B)
Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 does not apply to truzh.pk. As a matter of contract, TRUZH nonetheless affords business users transparency about how listings are ranked, access to an internal complaint-handling system, and at least 15 days' notice before any material change to our Terms. Business-related complaints are received at business@truzh.com.
3Tax and registration
Selling regularly or at volume may constitute a taxable business activity under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, and, depending on scale, may require registration with the relevant authorities. These obligations flow from Pakistani law, not from TRUZH. DAC7 is an EU directive and does not apply here.
4Where to get help
TRUZH does not provide legal or tax advice. For specific compliance questions, consult a qualified tax advisor or commercial lawyer. For platform-specific queries about Pro obligations or the business complaints channel, contact business@truzh.com.
