TRUZH may remove any listing that breaks these rules. The seller is informed of the removal and the reasons for it.
Some features, including access to Community listings, require verification of your affiliation with a participating university or workplace, normally through an institutional email address.
Clans are private trading circles created and managed by an administrator. Membership is by invitation or approval, and any personal email address may be used. Clan administrators moderate their group in accordance with these Terms.

Online payment is not yet available. Buyers and sellers pay each other directly, in person.
TRUZH (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED provides the listing, the Community verification, and the in-app chat. The company does not process payments, hold funds, or operate any escrow, guarantee, or refund scheme, and it charges Users nothing. No payment instrument, bank account, or mobile wallet of the company is integrated into the Platform. Payment is settled directly between the buyer and the seller - in cash on collection, by direct bank transfer, or through a mobile wallet sent by the buyer to the seller. The company is not a party to that payment and is unable to recover, reverse, or refund it. Where members arrange carriage privately, the contract of carriage is between the sender and the carrier; the company does not arrange, pay for, insure, or guarantee delivery, and a tracking number shared in chat is a record rather than a guarantee. Additional payment and delivery options are in development and will be announced when they become available.
Account creation, listing, and the completion of an exchange are free of charge, and the company takes no commission on any transaction. Should optional paid services be introduced, the applicable charge, inclusive of any applicable tax, will be displayed in full in Pakistan Rupees before any payment is confirmed.
