2How to protect yourself today
Meet in a public place, inspect the item thoroughly and pay only when you are satisfied. Keep the conversation in TRUZH chat so that there is a written record of what was agreed.
3If something goes wrong
Contact the seller through TRUZH chat first. If the seller has acted fraudulently, report the account using the Report button and report the incident to the police. Your statutory rights against a professional seller are not affected.
