1Refunds are agreed between users
TRUZH does not process payments, so it cannot issue refunds. If an item is not as described or does not arrive, agree a return and refund directly with the seller in TRUZH chat.
2If the seller refuses
Report the account using the Report button. If you believe you have been defrauded, contact your bank and the police. TRUZH can restrict the seller's account, but it cannot recover a payment it never received.
3Partial refunds
A partial refund agreed between buyer and seller can be a fair outcome where an item has a minor undisclosed defect. Record what you agree in TRUZH chat.
4No statutory right of withdrawal
Pakistani consumer law does not grant the EU-style 14-day "change of mind" right of withdrawal on distance purchases. A refund therefore depends on what you agree with the seller, or, when buying from a business, on your rights under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, or your province's equivalent. Agree return terms with the seller before buying if that matters to you.
