Buyer and seller agree the price in TRUZH chat, meet, and the buyer pays the seller directly after inspecting the item. TRUZH is not a party to the payment and does not process, hold or refund it.
2Secured payment: coming soon
A secured online payment, in which the buyer's payment is held until they confirm the item is as described, is in development. It will be announced, with its price and terms, before it launches.
3Keep a record
Because payment is made directly between users, keep all agreements in TRUZH chat. The written record helps us act on a report, and helps you if you need to go to your bank or the police.
