1Too good to be true
Listings priced dramatically below market value are often bait for fraud. Scammers use attractive prices to rush buyers into bypassing normal precautions. Always verify the listing, seller, and price against similar items before proceeding.
2Advance payments and payment links
Any request to pay before you have seen the item, whether by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card, money-transfer service or a payment link, is almost certainly fraud. TRUZH does not process payments yet, so a link claiming to be a TRUZH payment is always a scam. Report these requests immediately.
3Urgency and pressure
Scammers create false urgency: claims that another buyer is interested, that the item must ship today, or that you must act immediately to secure a deal. Legitimate transactions do not require panic. Take your time and verify everything.
4Phishing messages
Be suspicious of messages claiming to be from TRUZH asking you to click links, verify your account, or provide login details. Always log into TRUZH directly from the official website rather than clicking email links. Report phishing attempts to contact@truzh.com.
