GDPR is an EU regulation and does not apply in Pakistan. TRUZH is nonetheless committed to data protection as a matter of policy and contract: we collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services, process it transparently, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
2Why we still process your data this way
We process personal data to perform our agreement with you (running your account, listings, chat and marketplace features), for legitimate business purposes such as platform security and fraud prevention, and with your consent for analytics and optional features. No independent data protection supervisory authority is presently constituted in Pakistan; oversight of these commitments sits with TRUZH's own leadership.
