As a TRUZH user in Pakistan, disputes and consumer protection matters are handled through our internal dispute resolution process and, where needed, the Consumer Courts constituted under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, or the corresponding enactment of your province of residence.
2Data protection rights
No independent data protection supervisory authority is presently constituted in Pakistan. As a matter of contract, TRUZH nonetheless affords you the ability to access a copy of your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion of your account and its data, object to analytics processing, and withdraw consent at any time. 3Exercising your rights
Most rights can be exercised directly through your account settings. For anything that cannot be done in-app, contact the relevant TRUZH team: privacy@truzh.com for data rights, legal@truzh.com for legal matters. Requests are answered within thirty days.
